The Army bomb disposal team was sent out to Eglinton Road, Donnybrook, Dublin 4 this morning at 01:30am to carry out an inspection on a viable explosive device.
The scene was declared safe an hour later as there was no controlled explosion carried out.
Gardaà have taken the device from The Defence Forces for technical examination.
It will only be a matter of time before one of these explosives is detonated or made correctly i hope An Garda are putting in place some preventative measures.
