It has been reported that the body found this morning at St David’s Terrace off Blackhorse Avenue is that of a black female who was inside a large hold all bag outside a terraced house.
The State Pathologist’s office has been notified and specialist forensic units are to carry out technical examinations. A post mortem will be carried out today.
Gardaí said the road has been closed to traffic.
