A Dublin solicitor who stole more than €9,000 from a woman, has today been given time to come up with compensation.
Liam Davis of Avondale Lawn, Blackrock has been remanded on bail at Dublin District Court.
Wearing a suit and tie, solicitor Liam Davis remained silent during today’s brief court appearance.
Last October, he pleaded guilty to stealing €9,259 in stamp duty from Martina Mulligan on February 8, 2007.
The details of the offence have yet to be heard, but the prosecution and defence today agreed to adjourn sentencing until May 25.
