Gardaí in Dublin have arrested two men in connection with the murder of a man in Dublin yesterday.
A man in his 50s was found on Camden Street at around 4.30am on Sunday morning, he received medical attention at the scene and was taken to St James Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
They have arrested two men in their 20’s this morning in the South Dublin area and they are being held at Kevin Street and Pearse Street Garda Stations under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Act 1984.
A post mortem on the body has been concluded and Gardaí have renewed their appeal for witnesses who may have been in the Camden St area between 3.45am and 4.30am.
They are looking for anyone who may have been around the pedestrian lights on Camden St at the time.
