Concert stabbings – one victim ‘serious but stable’
A 25-year-old man is in a serious condition in hospital after he was stabbed at a concert in the Phoenix Park in Dublin last night.
The man, believed to have been stabbed up to four times, is one of three people being treated at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown today. His condition is described as serious but stable.
He is one of seven men, all aged in their late teen or 20s, to have suffered stab wounds at the Swedish House Mafia concert.
Gardaí arrested a 23-year-old man at the scene and he is currently being questioned at Blachardstown Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
Over 45,000 fans attended yesterday’s concert in the Phoenix Park, which featured acts such as Snoop Dog, Tinie Timpa and Swedish House Mafia.
